Yes, theyr'e basically the music and you sing the lyrics yourself from a little songbook in the album. If you can't read hirigana or kanji, look up animelyrics .com for the words.

Are they like karaoke tracks and where can you find the cd?

In answer to your question, Yes, they are karaoke tracks to which you sing along to. The cd comes with a song book so you can follow the music. The name of the cd is "KAMI-SAMA NO OKURIMONO". I don't know where you live, but you can usually find it at any anime store, or even EBAY. If you need more help finding the cd, let me know. Or ask any of the other members. Enjoy the site!
